Space man pants: check. 80's jacket: check. Oversized Harry Potter glasses: double check. Not really sure what's going on here, but it is so not cute. I feel like if the sun is out, and she's walking toward me, I'd be blinded by all the white. Not cute!
Let's not talk about the guy because . . . well, to be honest, his pants scare me. He might drown me in them if I say anything more. The girl on the other hand, has on an adorable white dress and flower sandles. Really cute. Take away the too much blush and the creepy lipstick that is the same color as her skin and I say she's got down the cute style.
Left girl needs to lose the blue coat and . . . the army man around her neck, but other than that she knows what she's doing when it comes to cute fashion. Unfortunatly, her misguided friend got dressed by falling into her closet. Forget about the mask, maybe she's sick. We don't know. But that school uniform skirt is just too long, and everyting else is just too frumpy. I think the pink sweater could look cute on someone taller or perhaps on someone who isn't also wearing a huge shirt. The panda bear scarf is adorable! So this picture is a hit and a miss.
White hat girl knows how to dress kawaii, but it looks like her hair dresser died after only dying half her hair. Too bad. Scary frizz head also has the dress code down, except for those skeleton stockings, unfortunatly, she's a frizz head. All in all, these girls mostly know what they're doing when it comes to cute attire.

Ah, here's another girl who doesn't understand that you dont' have to wear all white. I dont' know if she's patient at a mental hospital with those scrub looking pants and upside down sweater or a clown with that poof poof thing around her neck, but she does not have the cute spirit going right now. I will give her props for her hand drawn bag.
